An  ordinance amending Sections 17, 18 and 19 of Kautusan Nilang 03-93 “ Isang kautusang bayan nagtatakda ng paggawad ng linya o prangkesa para sa de motor na tricycle at nagtatakda ng mga alintuntunin at kaukulang parusa sa mga paglabag doon at iba pang mga bagay, alinsunod sa mga tadhana ng Section 447 (3) (VI) ng bagong local government code, RA 7160 “ by increasing the minimum fare of tricycles from P3.50 to P4.00 for the first kilometre and an additional P0.50 for every succeeding kilometre thereafter for short rides only, increasing the maximum passenger load form three(3) to four(4) persons, and regulating the installation of Anti-Noise device, silence of muffler, and for other purposes.
