Affirming City Res. No. 2008-138 and authorizing Hon. Mayor Casimiro A. Ynares III MD., to (a) negotiate with the property owners that would be affected by the eventual construction of the La Colina-Muntindilaw Bridge, and (b) take all steps necessary to cause the realization of the intention of the farmers of City Res. No. 2008-138.

Authorizing the Hon.Casimiro A. Ynares III MD., City Mayor, to enter into, sign and execute, for and in behalf of the City, a MOA with Epifania S. Raymundo and the twin Tower Hills Homeowners Asso. Inc. represented by its Pres., Ms. Elma D. Petalio, relative to the request of the latter to make the City Govt. of Antipolo, through the USDO as their originating institution in the acquisition of a parcel land situated at Upper 10 Crestview (Upper Ligtasan) Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo City.

Authorizing the Hon. Casimiro A. Ynares III MD., City Mayor, to enter into, sign and execute for and in behalf of the city, a MOA with Robinsons Land Corp., a private corporation duly registered and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Phils., represented by its Gen. Manager, Ms. Arlene G. Magtibay for putting  up of a transfortation within the mall complex ground of Robinsons Place Antipolo under a rent free agreement, and for other purposes.

Concuring to the temporary appointment of Mr. Manuel A. Aprecio to the position of City Department Head I (City Civil Registrar SG-25) in the City of Antipolo.

Modifying the scope of authority granted to Hon. City Mayor Casimiro A. Ynares III MD., to include in its Annual Investment Program/City Development Program in relation to City Res. No. 2013-043, entitled " A Resolution Authorizing the Hon. Mayor Casimiro A. Ynares III MD., to negotiate and enter into an Omnibus Term Loan Agreement (OTLA) with any reputable and government recognized banking institution to finance the establishment and construction of the new Antipolo City Public Market, Hospitals, and for other purposes.

Approving the application of Crown Asia Properties inc. for the issuance of the development permit for its Village Center Phase 2-Millie Luce Commercial Project located at M.L. Quezon Ext., Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo City, involving an area of devt. of 10,067 sq.m inder the provisions of PD 957.

Approving the application of Hermesville Asso. Inc. for the issuance of development permit for its Hermesville Socialized Housing Project located at Sitio Colaique, Brgy. San Roque, Antipolo City (Knights of Sitio Columbus) involving an area of development of 2,012 sq.m. under the provisions of BP 220.

Amending Rules VII Sec. 3 on the three reading principle of City Res. No. 2013-031 also known as the Internal Rules of Procedure of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Antipolo City, Province of Rizal.
