Pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, and in accordance with Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), the City Government of Antipolo through the Office of the City Assessor will conduct a Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for real property taxation purposes.
